We’d like to thank the Urban Land Institute for featuring our very own 1213 Walnut in their Spring 2020 issue! The article, titled, “How to Build Livability — and Value — on a Deep, Narrow Infill Lot”, celebrates the project’s design for its Z-shaped floor plate, allowing for more outdoor terraces, the use of the porte cochère to connect Sansom and Walnut, the focus on large amenity spaces and more efficient units to appeal to Millennial-aged renters, as well as the lack of parking to encourage the use of public transportation.
